1. About us

This website is run by Forever Pet Art, a UK business. You can contact us at hello@foreverpetart.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline an order, for example if a photo is unsuitable or a product is unavailable; if so, we'll let you know and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout. If we make an obvious pricing error we'll contact you before processing your order. Payment is taken in full when you order.

4. Your photos

By uploading a photo you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. We only use your photos to create and deliver your order. We will not share your photo or finished portrait publicly (for example on social media) without your permission.

5. Personalised products

Each portrait is a digital artwork created from your photo, so the finished result may differ slightly from the preview and from your original photo in colour and detail. Colours may also look slightly different on screen and in print.

6. Delivery

Delivery is covered in our Shipping policy. Responsibility for your order passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns, cancellations and faulty items

These are covered in our Refund policy. Personalised items are exempt from the usual 14-day cancellation right, but this does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

8. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
