Shipping policy

Making your portrait

Every portrait is made to order. We create, print and dispatch your portrait within 1–2 working days (often sooner). If we need anything from you, such as a clearer photo, the clock starts once we have it.

UK delivery

• Standard delivery: £3.99, or FREE on orders of £30 or more. Usually arrives 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Orders are sent by tracked courier and you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer at busy times such as Christmas.

Where we ship

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Lost or late parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived 7 working days after dispatch, email hello@foreverpetart.co.uk and we'll chase it with the courier or send a replacement.
