Ordering
How does it work?
Choose a style, upload a photo of your pet, and preview your portrait live on the product page. Pick A4 or A3, framed or unframed, and we'll make it and send it to your door.
What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo taken at your pet's eye level works best, ideally with their whole face in view and nothing covering their eyes. Phone photos are fine. Avoid blurry, dark or very distant shots.
Can I include more than one pet?
Our portraits are designed for one pet per print. If you'd like something different, email us at hello@foreverpetart.co.uk and we'll let you know what's possible.
Will the finished portrait look exactly like the preview?
The preview gives you a very good idea of the final result. Each portrait is made from your photo, so small differences in colour and detail are normal, and colours can look slightly different on screen than in print.
Sizes and framing
What sizes do you offer?
A4 (21 × 29.7 cm) and A3 (29.7 × 42 cm).
What's the difference between framed and unframed?
Unframed prints arrive ready for your own frame. Framed portraits come in a black frame, ready to hang.
Delivery
How long will my order take?
We make and dispatch your portrait within 1–2 working days. UK Standard delivery then usually takes 3–5 working days.
How much is delivery?
UK Standard delivery is £3.99, or free on orders of £30 or more.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
Can I order in time for Christmas?
Yes. We recommend ordering early in December, as couriers get busy. If you have a deadline, email us and we'll do our best to help.
Returns and problems
Can I return my portrait?
Because every portrait is personalised, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. See our Returns & refunds policy for full details.
What if it arrives damaged or there's a problem?
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free reprint or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
I made a mistake in my order. Can I change it?
Email us as soon as possible. If we haven't started making your portrait yet, we can usually fix it.
Gifts
Can I send it straight to someone as a gift?
Yes. Just enter their address at checkout. Our portraits make lovely gifts for birthdays, Christmas and pet memorials.
